• Payment options include UPI, online transfer, or cash.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before scheduled pickup.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers.
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed in the vehicle.

4. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and timely service, Engineer Taxiwala is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
